What we collect

When you use the Deal Desk form, the waitlist or the free scorecard we collect what you type: your name, email, budget and car preferences, any listing link or VIN you enter, and any notes. We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect money through this site.

How we use it

We use it to reply to your request and to tell you when used-Tesla listings open. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Form submissions are stored in our private storage and may be emailed to the site owner. TODO: list any service providers used (email delivery, hosting) once final.

VIN lookup

When you use the VIN lookup on the scorecard, our server sends the VIN you enter to the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) public services to get the model, year and recall information. A VIN is not personal data on its own, but NHTSA receives it. We do not fetch or copy the listing page you link; we only store the link you give us.

Video and recordings

Deal Desk negotiations are filmed only with written client consent and, for calls, consent from everyone on the line.
